1. Must have an established program, where a sufficient number of patients and regular number of cases could be entered into the project database for benchmarking purposes.*
2. Must have a Physician Leader – Nurse Leader team that is proficient in English.
3. Must have the resources to collect and enter patient data into the project database.
4. Must have internet access that will enable sites to:
a. Access the database;
b. Communicate with the Boston Children’s Hospital team; and
c. Participate in the monthly webinars.
